The terms of sale

These terms: By ordering from grid-graph.com you accept these terms. The store is operated by 1US Holdings LLC. If you do not accept them, do not place an order.
Orders: An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example on a pricing error, a suspected fraudulent payment, or an undeliverable address — and will refund anything already charged.
Prices and payment: Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable tax, which are added at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store card details.
Production and delivery: Garments are printed to order. Stated production and transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address supplied.
Returns: Return and defect terms are set out on the shipping and returns page and form part of these terms.
Product variation: Printed colour may differ slightly from what your screen shows, and garment measurements carry normal manufacturing tolerance. Minor variation is not a defect.
Intellectual property: All artwork, copy, the Grid & Graph Archive name, and the site design are owned by 1US Holdings LLC. Buying a garment does not transfer any right to reproduce the artwork.
Acceptable use: Do not scrape, resell, or reproduce site content, artwork, or product imagery without written permission.
Liability: To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which 1US Holdings LLC is registered. (Placeholder — confirm jurisdiction with counsel.)
