Order details (name, shipping address, email, items purchased), payment confirmation data returned by our payment processor, and basic analytics about how the site is used. We never see or store full card numbers.

To produce and ship orders, to answer questions about them, to handle returns and defect claims, and to understand which parts of the catalogue people actually look at.

Who else sees it
Our print and fulfilment partner receives the shipping details needed to make and send the parcel. Our payment processor handles payment data directly. No customer data is sold or rented to anyone.

Transactional email about your order is sent whether or not you subscribe. Marketing email is opt-in only and every message carries an unsubscribe link.

Cookies
We use functional storage to remember your cart between visits, plus privacy-respecting analytics. No advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.

Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep for tax and accounting. Write to us and we will action it.

Order records are retained as long as required for accounting and warranty purposes. Marketing contacts are removed on unsubscribe.
